I made a knitting needle caddy! I didn't measure or pin so it's very... crooked, haha. But I love it! My friend, Kelsey L., gave me the Food Fabric and my friend, Betsy Z., gave me the Pink Sparkly Fabric! I love, love, love it! I still have lots of the food fabric so I'm going to make a crochet needle caddy next.

I made something!
This blogger set up is wonky, these aren't in the order I thought they'd be in. Oh well!

I'm about 19 weeks pregnant now. I'm getting a slight belly. My hips are totally moving, they feel unaligned sometimes.
Work is going ok. I'm moving from setting new tables to being operator/fitting room soon. Pretty stoked about that. While I finally have my appitite and a bit of energy, I'm still pretty tired a lot of the time.
I spend any free time playing Lego Indiana Jones 2 with my sister or watching hubby play Fallout 3. Or watching tv/movies with him on Netflix.

Happy Birthday Chris!
I just wanted to say hi to my Aunt-in-law, Chris Cardoni. Today is her birthday. She hosts the family every Sunday morning to come over for waffles and coffee. I miss being able to be there for that. Miss you, Chris. Happy Birthday! These are the only pictures of you I could find in my library. Playing games at a cabin in Tahoe. (:

Happy Vets Day! (Almost)
Since I don't get on my computer much I wanted to do a little post about my favorite Vet:
My Dad. He served in the Navy for 21 years. He was in Desert Storm and I'm sure other fun things. He was stationed on the USS Harry W Hill for most of my childhood.
For Christmas a couple years ago I got my dad this scrapbook:
He loved it. It brought tears to his eyes. (:

Love ya Dad! Thanks for your service to this country.

My phone is frozen...
I found a photo, wrote a subject and quick note and it's still attempting to send it. I hope.
I jumped on the computer to send this just in case that doesn't make it from there to here. So that I have a post from today.
I am 17 weeks pregnant today.
I am not liking working at Target but I found out that I'll get 6 weeks paid leave for natural birth, 8 weeks for c-section and 16 weeks leave unpaid. The paid weeks are only for half my average weekly hours, which right now is 37. Better than nothing right now.
I'm going to return my free redbox movie from yesterday right now before it becomes not free.
If you have facebook, check out Clohn Art. He is awesome. I have three pieces of his right now. I owe him money. He's also on youtube, watch his videos. You will at least chuckle, I promise. If you watch five of his videos without chuckling once, you have no soul.

Joam climbed a 14er, Mt Democrat, with some co-worker/friends

We went to Nederland for Dead Guy Days, here is me with one of our new favorite artists, Kort McCumber
A dear friend passed away... Love ya, Jim
I just took a bunch of pictures off the camera. Soon we'll start taking photos of my growing belly, once it starts growing. I'm 4 months along today.

Community
I love the community here in Boulder, Colorado. Especially at my church. I help out with preschool Sunday school and this week I will be helping with the power point. Pretty excited because I'm pretty lazy about attending services. I work Sundays from 6am to 2:30pm and our service starts at 6pm.
Joam has been organizing the house. It's been so nice. Today he modified a shelf to go over the computer, it's sweet. Lots of places for things now.

4-1-1
I like to use my blog to post photos. I just noticed I didn't talk about a couple of the ones I posted. There is one of a Target Monopoly. I won that at work! It's super fun and cheesy.
There is also a picture from April 20th, 2010. Taken at the Colorado University campus. It was a day celebrated by some as 420. It was crazy. Seeing the smoke cloud before it hit 4:20pm and then seeing it get bigger and bigger once that time rolled around... crazy.

My parents and their new dog
This is my mom and dad with their new pet. They adopted a retired greyhound.
Since all of their kids moved to Colorado, they needed someone/thing to feel the empty hole we left in the house. (:

What a Weekend!
I have a new schedule at Target that gives me Friday and Saturday off. It has been great!
Next weekend I fly to Pittsburgh to pick up my little sister and drive with her to Colorado the next morning. I won't even be there for 24 hours.
It snowed so hard yesterday. After Thursday being a t-shirt day, we were dumped on with snow. Today was sunny again and a lot of the sun melted. I can't wait until we're done with the snow.
Tomorrow, 6am at Target to put up the sale signs in the clothing department! woo-hoo!

Here's to Trying to Blog More Often... Again.
Recently I've found some people I knew when I was 5 years old until I was about 15 years old. I thought I'd do a little run down of my life to get everyone caught up on what I've been up to. (:
Born August 2, 1979 in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Dad was in the Navy, stationed there.
Moved to California, eventually got a sister, settled in San Diego, CA.
Attended Southport Christian Academy for K-9th grade.
Eventually got a little brother.
In the middle of my 10th grade year, my dad retired from the Navy and decided to move us out to Pennsylvania where he grew up.
I attended Connellsville Area High School for 10th-12th grade.
I attended Westmoreland County Community College for a year studying Accounting. Decided I didn't like it.
Attended an Acquire the Fire youth convention and chose to attend the Honor Academy (20/20).
Moved to Texas in January 1999. Stayed for a year.
Moved back to Pennsylvania for the first half of 2000.
Was asked to go back to Teen Mania Ministries to volunteer for the summer in the Global Expeditions offices. Then was asked to return to Teen Mania as staff.
Moved to Texas August 2000 to be on staff with Teen Mania Ministries. On their dime I attended Tyler Junior College for computer stuff.
Met husband-to-be while working for TM in 2002.
A year later mutually decided we should get married because we were best friends. No dating, no courting, best friends to marriage. Decided this January 2003, eloped to Reno, NV May 2003.
At the end of the summer of 2003 we, Joam and I, moved to Madison, WI.
In the summer of 2004 we bought a house (thanks to mom-in-law!) in Tyler, Texas and moved there.
Almost got a job back at Teen Mania but it didn't work out (I think for the best).
In 2006, we sold the house and moved to Sacramento, California. Where most of husband's family is.
In 2009, we moved to Boulder, Colorado. A friend from Texas moved there to help with a church plant. We visited once for Thanksgiving a few years back and was really impressed with the city and with the church so we decided we'd like to move there one day... and we did!
We currently live there now. I work for Target and Joam works for UPS.
I talked my little brother, Nick, into moving out here with us. He also works for Target.
Recently I talked my little sister, Jamie, into moving here as well. She'll transfer to the Olive Garden out here.
Next up is getting our parents to sell their house they worked so hard to get and move out here, too! (:
I keep busy working on scrapbooking projects, small group once a week, a one-on-one bible study with a friend, and trying to work out when to hang out with my best friend, Joam, who works overnights. (: No kids. Just us and our dog, Bubba, and our cat, Kitty.
I have been blessed with many friends from all over. I'm horrible at keeping in touch, but you all love me anyways. If you have any questions, feel free to email me or find me on facebook. (:
